Join the Airbus summer trainee program and you’ll be working at the cutting edge of innovation in Professional Mobile Radio.


Positions to suit you

We offer flexible, three- or four-month summer traineeships in Helsinki and Jyväskylä, Finland.

The traineeships are suitable for undergraduate students studying IT, telecom or engineering in their second year or above.

You can work in:

  • Software development and testing
  • Technical support and maintenance of TETRA radio networks

We also have some openings for students of business and commerce.

Full support

In our trainee program you will work in an international and multicultural environment and get to learn from experts in their field.

Our fully supported program involves:

  • An introduction day - get to know your fellow trainees and learn more about our business
  • A personal tutor to support you during the program
  • An assigned trainee position
  • A short job rotation to another team
  • Training sessions and trainee events to make your traineeship experience more comprehensive and memorable.
