Are you ready for new challenges in an international environment? We are looking for an Applications Delivery Capability Manager to our Helsinki or Jyväskylä office. You will join the New Product Introduction (NPI) team, and operate closely with R&D projects and product marketing. In this position you ensure our customer SW deliveries by developing and managing our delivery processes mainly for Airbus Tactilon Agnet related services and applications. Service excellence and customer satisfaction will be your key drivers.                                                                                                                                            

• Manage E2E SW delivery process definition for our products along with Supply Chain and other stakeholders
• Support product management and development projects to define best delivery strategy and business model for new developments
• Define delivery processes, delivery channels, license management, and product structures for new applications in co-operation with stakeholders
• Active role in product lifecycle and change managements
• Work closely with project managers for management tasks (budget, schedule, investments etc.)
• Plan and execute your own delivery sub-projects as part of product development and specific tools and processes improvement projects
• Co-operate with our R&D professionals for product delivery readiness

Skills and qualifications needed

We are welcoming applications from young professionals as well as from professionals with few years’ experience of working with SW product distribution. The position will be adjusted on the basis of your background and knowledge.

We do hope our new team member would have:

• Experience in SW logistics and distribution
• Experience of SaaS and traditional licensed SW business models
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP environments and delivery automation
• Experience in product data management
• Good organizational skills
• Basic project management skills with Agile SW development methods, advanced skills considered beneficial
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Android and iOS ecosystems
• Knowledge of related concepts such as DevOps, cloud platforms, and tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes) are considered highly desirable
• Knowledge of export control regulations is also considered an advantage

In addition, we are looking for a motivated candidate with positive attitude and willingness to learn and share findings with the team. A fluent English language skill is a prerequisite. Additionally, good communication and networking skills are needed since the role includes project working and co-operation with various parties. The selected candidate needs to express good decision making skills and be an efficient problem-solver. This position requires occasional domestic and European travels.

Note that the position requires basic security clearance approval from Finnish authorities.
