    Our “Business Innovation & Demo Factory” team is looking for a Demo Project Manager. The position is open in France (Elancourt) or Finland (Helsinki). The Demo Project Manager is responsible to manage demos, supporting Airbus SLC Sales & Marketing communities to capture and win new business. The Demo Project Manager is accountable with the support of Demo DevOps engineers to prepare and perform all demos, requested by different SLC stakeholders (Sales & Marketing, Business Developer, Business Analyst, Product Business Manager, Engineering, Operations, Communications…).


    Main tasks and accountabilities

    •  Manage and coordinate all demo requests received in Sales Force CRM tool (demo scope and objectives, targeted customers, planning, location, involved resources…)
    •  Gather (from Sales and Business Analyst communities) customers operational use-cases and requirements in order to define relevant demo solutions and scenario
    •  Prepare and perform live, online, or recorded demos for marketing exhibitions or internal events, with C-level presentation capability
    •  Define and build complex demo scenario including broadband solutions (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G), mobile smart applications (Android, IOS) and new technologies (IoT, Artificial Intelligence, Video Analytics, Drone…)
    •  Train Business Analyst to setup and perform demos for dedicated customers or partners
    •  Develop and maintain sufficient knowledge of SLC products and solutions portfolio and roadmap in order to propose the most relevant demo solutions/scenario and associated pitch
    •  Be able to configure and use all demo assets (standalone/cloud-based applications, servers, laptops, smartphones, drones, cameras, routers, accessories…)


    Skills and qualifications needed

    •  Telecommunications / IT System Engineering Master or PHD degree (or equivalent)
    •  At least 10 years' background with experience in technical pre-sales and/or technical management role in Telecommunications / IT supplier, system integrator or network operator
    •  Understanding Critical Communications business and its specific needs (security, reliability)
    •  Strong active listening, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building trusted relationships with various stakeholders (marketing, sales, engineering, customers, partners) and performing C-level presentation and demos
    •  Project and change management
    •  Autonomous, structured and rigorous team player
    •  Fluent in English, able to tailor key messages towards management and technical audience
    •  Ability to manage several tasks in parallel and to adapt its priorities depending on business needs
    •  Insatiable curiosity and hunger to learn
    •  Positive attitude and willingness to support and coach others


    This position requires regular travelling worldwide.
