We are looking for an Environment Configuration Engineer/IT Support Engineer to join our team in Jyväskylä.
You will work in an international environment, working with the latest technologies. As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibility is to provide infrastructure support to R&D department users. This includes monitoring incident and request queues and meeting defined SLA's for incident and request resolution. This position will administer collaborative technologies and lead or participate in enterprise projects. This role requires a technical individual that understands a wide variety of client and administrative technologies.
