Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

    To strengthen the Secure Land Communications France Sales team, we are currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on our Swiss customers, who will be based at the Airbus Office in Berne.

    Your tasks:

    • You define our sales strategy regarding the Swiss government authorities market.
    • You actively acquire new business areas within your sales division and realize planned projects according to the company's economic   objects.
    • You are responsible for the whole sales process including:
    • bid preparation and creation
    • development and submission of technical solutions
    • decision on go/no go as well as bid/no bid
    • dontractual negotiations as well as contract signing.
    • You are an expert in building long lasting relationships with your customers and foster those even after the contract has been signed.
    • You actively participate in planning the order intake and forecast as well as capacities and budget for your sales division.
    • You support the colleagues from product development from a strategic point of view.

    Your qualification and experience:

    • You have successfully completed your studies in a technical field and have relevant professional experience in the management of key accounts, ideally in the field of military/public safety.
    • You feel confident in topics such as telecommunication technology, digital trunked radio, radio technology and data transmission and enjoy exchanging views with your customers.
    • You have basic technical skills regarding the functionality of digital radio (such as Tetra, Tetrapol or 4G).
    • You are characterized by your sales oriented way of thinking and working as well as your strategic approach.
    • You are a dynamic, communicative personality, enjoy solving problems and are experienced working with C-level.
    • You should have a very high level of written and spoken German and English.
    • You have a valid driving license and are willing to travel.
