Marketing Trainee

    We are now looking for a Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team at the Helsinki office.

     

    Marketing Trainee

    This position is part of our Trainee Program. Airbus Defence and Space Oy offers you the possibility to work in a company investing highly on R&D. You will get an opportunity to work with the marketing strategy for a global company and develop yourself into a true marketing professional.     Responsibilities & Tasks

    Your main task is to assist the Head of Marketing in the rollout of the new marketing setup. Key parts of your work include working on presentations and other background documents and content, support reporting within the organization as well as to provide support to key projects within the Programme Line and the Division. Making sure that necessary preparations for meetings are done as well as coordinating different activities will be on your task list. You will also participate in the content production on security and defence related topics.

     

    What we expect of you

    To succeed in this position, which is fully global, we expect you to have capability to process information into presentations with a marketing mindset. Good content production skills are needed in this job, such as making presentations, texts and special emphasis on the visuals. Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools is required and we appreciate the ability to make clear and understandable presentations. You should be either fluent (spoken and written) in English or a native English speaker. Working knowledge of German and/or French and/or Spanish is seen as an asset. As we are a global company, you should be in your element working in a multicultural environment and virtual working environment with colleagues in Europe and globally. Good networking and social skills are an asset as well as a proactive and hands-on mindset in a hectic working environment.

    You should be studying marketing or business administration and advanced studies (3-4 years) are seen as an advantage.

     

    What we offer 

    The position is a part-time role (2-3 days a week) until the end of April 2023 and we are hoping our new trainee could hop on board already in November. There is a possibility to extend the contract as full-time for summer 2023.
