    Job Description:

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Responsible for the management of selected accounts in Middle East. Main focus will be in the execution of the accounts Projects, Purchase Orders and Care contracts, including but not limited to, the bid phase, network implementation, network operating and maintenance phase. This position is responsible for the successful achievement through each phase, on time, on quality and on budget.

     

    PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

    The Project & Care Manager must possess an engineering degree, should have a valid PMP certification. Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in supervising/managing communication related projects (preferably TETRA) and have to have about five (5) years’ of TETRA/PMR technology experience. Experience of working with ME governmental ministries and defense authorities desired. The project manager shall have total responsibility of the projects from the design until completion of project. This individual must have successfully managed at least three (3) medium scale and complex by nature.

     

    OTHER FACTORS:

    • Traveling within ME is required and capability to manage few (non-fulltime) projects simultaneously is a mandatory for this position.
    • Preferably experience of PMR or TETRA project execution

    SUPERVISION RECEIVED:

    • Head of Projects

     

    COMMUNICATIONS:

    • Internally all the relevant project execution functions globally, System Design, Supply Chain, Roll-out, …
    • Customer organizations and Value Added Resellers

     

    JOB AUTHORITY:

    • Responsible of assigned projects execution on time, on cost, on quality.

    The Project & Care Manager's KEY responsibility is to successfully delivering the objectives and benefits the sponsor expects of the project, or the project stage the Project & Care Manager is assigned to.

    Main responsibilities of the Project & Care Manager's Role and Responsibilities:

    • Progress - deliverables are being completed within the baselined time scales
    • Cost - deliverables are being completed within the baselined cost plan
    • Quality - deliverables are being completed to defined expectations, first time
    • Performance (Value) - progress is being earned for the expected cost
    • Cash flow - net project cash flow is being achieved as the defined expectations
    • Reporting - regular and timely reporting of project progress to the sponsors
    • Risk - to proactively manage foreseen project risk, mitigating as necessary
    • Change - managing changes to the project without unduly affecting the stated objectives and benefits
