Sales Support Manager

    We are now looking for a skilled Sales Support Manager to join our Business Support team. The position will be located in the Helsinki or Paris area (Elancourt).

    The Business Support team's mission is to ensure SLC’s functions with the responsibility of strategic pricing, channel management and sales support. As Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for interesting and challenging assignments within the Business Support and Sales community. Your main interfaces in your role are towards sales, bid management, compliance, digital transformation office and finance in order to ensure qualitative information in relevant sales support tools and their evolution.

    Main role and responsibilities

    • Act as the Salesforce CRM data administrator for global SLC sales, channel partner and bid community

    • Capture and propose requirements for CRM improvements inline with SLC strategy and key stakeholders

    • Perform analytics and business insights of raw data and sales metrics in order to compile dashboards and KPIs

    • Generate reporting such Dashboards, KPI's and customized reports to relevant stakeholders, e.g. EXCOM

    • Act as a catalyst between the sales community and regional management in order to project the latest sales data

    • Training of the Salesforce functionality and best practices according to the annual plan

    • Construct and maintain an active community with-in Salesforce to share information

    • Introduce forecasting as a concept into Salesforce and share the information to relevant key stakeholders

    • Work closely with the Airbus Defence and Space Salesforce community and align with the current CRM system

    • Contribute to SLC Salesforce integration to any future digital tools

    • Take into use and act as an data administrator for any new tool related to Sales Support.

     

    In this role you will cooperate closely with key internal stakeholders such as SLC Executive committee, Regional Sales, Channel Partner Management, Bid Management, Strategic Marketing and Product Business Management. You will report to the Head of Business Support in the Portfolio & Business Support function.

     

    What we expect of you

    • Self-driven and autonomous with strong ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

    • Good understanding of business processes

    • Understanding of working in an international diverse corporation with ambition for constant improvement

    • Good knowledge of the Salesforce CRM Tool or similar

    • Have a systematic and persistent way of working combined with a positive, innovative and proactive can-do mindset

    • Good understanding of the Business critical and Public Safety markets is a plus

    • Having experience in Sales Operations Planning Management is a plus

    • At least 5+ years of relevant work experience.
